About

Head & Shoulders needed to launch its new "2in1" shampoo that both helps remove dandruff and leaves hair smooth and silky at the same time. However, in a market already saturated with familiar "2in1" household products, Head & Shoulders had to find a way to stand out. Since "Art Characters" have recently become one of the most popular trends worldwide and have captured the hearts of Thai people increasingly interested in and valuing them more and more, Head & Shoulders decided to take a different approach. Instead of launching with a typical "2in1 shampoo," they introduced it with a "2in1 Art Character.

Idea

​Introducing “Chalotte 2in1” - the World’s first 2 Art Character designs within one body to represent Head & Shoulders 2in1 benefits. We collaborated with renowned Thai artist Mackcha, the famous Art Character creator named “Chalotte’ to create Chalotte 2in1. The blue half represents a confident girl without dandruff, while the pink half stands for a vibrant girl with silky & smooth hair. We launched Chalotte 2in1 as our new product ambassador for Head & Shoulder 2in1.
